rental company own all the items you are renting or are they sub
renting? If so, from who?

equipment fails, does your rental company have replacement or backup
inventory...remember this is your big event...let's prepare.

trucks does your rental company own...do they have backup if one breaks
down on its way to your event?

If this is
your big event......GET REFERENCES!!!! Know what the track record is.

What is the
replacement policy if you lose or break a few things?

For really
big events, ask if you can check out the operation (site visit).

What size
staff is on hand...this is important when emergencies happen. You want
a company that can mobilize quickly.

Are the
glasses and dishes shipped in racks and have they been sanitized?
Rental operations need to sanitized the dishes at 190 degrees water
temperature. You don't want your guest getting sick from your party.

Is your rental company specializing in party rental or is party rental
just a sideline. There is only a few companies that only do party
rental and do it well. We like to think we're one of them. Just look
