What I Need To Know	About Placing an Order

Q. What information do I need to have available to place an order?
When you are ready to place your order please know the following information: - The date of the event - The actual address where the delivery is to be made - The delivery date and time - The pickup date and time - The items that you wish to order - Payment information - Contact Information including email address and fax number
Q. What is the most effective way to place an order?
To expedite your order with Event Rental you can either order via the telephone, by fax or by completing the online rental form and sending it to us via email. Either way is equally as effective.
Q. What payment options does Event Rental offer?

Q. Is a deposit required on a rental order?
Event Rental collects an initial deposit prior to the event with the final payment due on or before delivery by Event Rental or pickup by the customer.
Q. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
The sooner the better. Although our inventory is extensive, we do operate on a first come first serve basis. Additionally, we like to make sure that every item rented is clean and ready for your event. The sooner we know the better prepared we can be for your event or celebration.

Yes we do. Our cost effective worry-free delivery and pickup service adds convenience to your order. Once the delivery and pickup times have been established, our courteous full time delivery team steps into action and promptly delivers your order in a timely, reliable and professional fashion.
